There is so much I can’t write about on here that is truly fascinating. Well, fascinating to me, at least.

However, it is important to me, and to my clients, that their information doesn’t get out onto the internet. While it is unlikely that anyone would misuse anything put up on this blog with any degree of success, I’m not about to take the risk.

All identifying info is removed, and I take care not to post key cuts or pictures that could be used to easily ID a door, as there would be little point changing someone’s locks then putting up a picture showing the key (which can be used to re-create the key and then, well, if the location can be traced there was no point changing the lock!)

Also, big security failures, photos of techniques and entries are usually limited to prevent re-use or location becoming obvious.

I have posted before about not revealing holidays and the like in advance, especially online, and I would be horrified if I accidentally did that same thing to a client! And if that info was mis-used, I have no idea what I would do to make things right, but I’d do my best, that is for sure! Either way, far better to use the precautionary principle.

Besides, the company is called ‘Discreet Security Solutions’ for a reason!
